Welcome to Waterbeach Community Primary School

We are looking forward to welcoming your child and family to our school community in September 2026.  

We enjoyed meeting many of you for our New Parent Information Evening on Wednesday 17th June. Please find a copy of the presentation shared linked below.

There is a handy checklist for you at the end to ensure you have completed all you need to do before they start school in September.  

If you have not yet collected your child's 'welcome pack' from the school, please do so as soon as possible.  

Please select the pages to the left to find out the information you need over the next few months to ensure your child makes a smooth transition to school.   

If you have not visited the school yourself, please feel free to watch the Virtual Tour of the Classroom for a look at our classroom environment. We do update and improve our space regularly and so it may not look exactly like it does in this video when your child visits over the next few months.
